    Collaborative yet siloed (even according to Mark Parker's employee all hands 5/3/2018). Fierce yet friendly (most of the time). Know your stuff and be at the top of your game and engagement, and you'll fit in just fine here.

    coworkers are awesome leadership is too heavy - too many layers - too much bureaucracy and senior leaders have to approve EVERYTHING. we are not empowered
