What are some of the best things about your team?My team are very collaborative in how we do our work. Employees at Noblis are very responsive and supportive. It's a big part of our culture and you see it in action all the time as a result.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Even when work timelines are stressful and workloads seem difficult, you know you can ask for help and that managers/other employees will do what they can to listen and help you.
What makes you most happy at work?The work/life balance. If I work extra hours its because I decided to do it. I don't feel pressure to put work ahead of my family or a personal life and know I can (and should) take time to reset/relax and/or for important personal activities and family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?In comparison to competitors, some of the benefits do not seem as competitive, (e.g., holiday leave, maternity/family leave)
