Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensating more would be better. Stock Options would be nice. Mentorship and education programs would be greatly appreciated.

I feel valued, my compensation is a little low, but working hard to have excellent results knowing that compensation will follow.

Currently ok because it is very flexible, but would like to full time and bonus in future.
