My boss is very understanding and also very encouraging, and also fair.

My boss was very nice and the interview was very straightforward and over quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel employees are completely undervalued. It is shown in how often workers come and go.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just feel like this is a temporary stepping stone to a better future, but this is not a permanent type of position.
