KGAA since January 1, 2010. Mr. Brosnan served as the Chief Financial Officer at Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. for the seven years and served as its Executive Vice President. He has knowledge of Fresenius Medical Care and proven financial experience. Mr. Brosnan joined Fresenius Medical in 1998 as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Spectra Renal Management. Since then, he has held several executive positions in North America. Prior to Fresenius Medical Care, Mr. Brosnan held senior financial positions at Polaroid Corporation and was an Audit Partner at KPMG. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Fresenius Medical Care North America for the seven years. He has Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Concentration on Accounting from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts.
