
Some of them are really smart, other are underqualified but they don't know that.
Make it comparable with other competing companies (at the same level, stop comparing down).
My team are all pretty smart, most other teams have people that takes time to catchup.
Everybody here has a good attitude in general, and are nice privately as well. Few exceptions.
It's personal, it pertains to the job, and people interviewing have actually put thought into how a person should be evaluated.
When I can make an impact which is not as often as I hope it happens, but at least the opportunity is there.
