Review from Operations Dept

Strong package for the restaurant industry

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I make significantly less than new hires even though ive worked with this company for years and have been a dedicated a loyal employee. A raise and actually getting survivable hours would make it bearable. Although the management would never let that happen

More money please and thank you

Years of experience being paid less than new hires.

So eye and dental insurance you get after 3 months which is great but i don't understand why you have to wait a whole year yo get medical...it should all be 3 months. Plus i much rather have medical than anything else. Glasses and teeth can wait a medical emergency can't!

Fairness would help out a lot.

Commitment to the brand with no commitment in return

Im not fairly paid, even though ive been at the company longer. I was started at a low salary and the new hires are making 3-5$ more for the same position.

Team memebers should be given equitable raises before new hires are paid more than the current teammembers and journey leaders.

Repeatedly been told my situation will be taken care of or someone will call me back and am constantly just left without any information or ANY contact. So beyond frustrated. And the Wisconsin Labor Laws only will reimburse Federal Minimum Wage which is less than HALF of what I was being paid.

Review from Operations Dept

Theres no benefit of doubt, im immediately subjected to scrutiny and suspicion, as if the manager is trying to find a way to save money on me

I am paid, as a shift manager, the same as a target employee. I have worked at noodles loyally for 5 years now and the only raise I have ever received was when I became a shift manager. I work so hard to give guests the best experience and do things the RIGHT way and yet I am still only a number.

I feel undervalued because I help keep this store clean and working in an orderly fashion to get a good ecosure pass, but my GM doesn't seem to think any of us work correctly.

Review from Sales Dept

Fire the management team and hire a new one

I would feel better if i was pd more because I feel I put up with abusive behavior by the others

Review from Sales Dept

If a company utilizes "lean staffing," and therefore requires employees to constantly be doing more and more, the currently hourly rate in insufficient. To attract and retain employees, the hourly rate of pay must be higher to maintain its claim of "competitivity."

I get paid less than minimum wage and my manager said he will not give me accommodations for emergencies and took away all my hours because i had to leave one shift early due to my impromptu period

I am used as a place holder for people who have quit and became a grunt/mule for company expenditures.

We as team members are demanded to have doctor notes or coverage. We have maybe 13 people on our staff list. And non of them can ever come in or help because we “can’t afford overtime” but it’s given to all the managers. The GM wonders why she can’t keep staff. It’s because she’s self

Review from Customer Success Dept

A better manager and work place

Pay raise. I should be making much more than $13.50 an hour as manager with all the training I do off the clock on the table.
