I dread coming to work everyday. The leadership is so poor at our store that I feel like I could run it and I am only 19. My managers act like they are in high school and gossip about coworkers and never do their jobs correctly.

The management is the problem. It can be improved by getting rid of the current management and finding someone that actually cares about there job title and that will uphold the rules and regulations of the company.

It all starts at the top of the latter. No not all stores are ran the same and probably function better than the one I am in. I would suggest that if you care so much about your numbers and seek improvement; focus on and care for your people that are running those numbers, the team in the store.

The company needs to discourage upper management from lying to acquire employees, especially very experienced employees. They need to show their employees that they value them and respect their lives outside of work. The company is losing employees rapidly and the blatant disrespect isn't helping.

The GM of my location White Marsh makes all of my shift managers and assistant general managers uncomfortable. Examples of angry and hostile behavior is exhibited thoroughly on every shift. Rarely completing his scheduled times, and then later editing them to be of standard.
