    Treat the employees right. Care about the employees. You treat them like you prefer to be treated and the company will flourish. To achieve this they will have to terminate the the employee harassment position that they hold so dear to their heart

    Stop the micromanagement adding more steps and more approval does not make it better or faster. We have trouble getting approval for things then they will add three more people to the process and say now it’s faster and better

    Eliminate 50% of management. That goes straight to the top. After 8 years, 16 of us got laid off while the supervisors all received brand new Chevy Tahoe’s. Those supervisors don’t do anything. Even they said it was insane.

    The way management treats and compensates its employees. Change the culture to more of a positive environment not a hostile one where everyone is afraid to do anything for fear of punishment.

    Change starts from the top. Invest time in people. Lead by example and foster a relationship with your employees.
