I wish the company would give consideration to Atlanta and Norfolk employers working from home. A few departments Accounting and IT allow employees to work one day a week but it’s based upon several other criteria’s being met.

It’s poor. I wish management was open-minded to the idea. They still believe if I can’t see you at your desk you are not working. The benefit of working from home ranks high with a pay increase.
