Simple honesty would suffice. Is that do hard?

Communication. Honesty. Integrity. Their employees are their only asset, yet thry treat thrm with disdain

Management reliez on the employees, but mistakenly trraats them with badoc disdain, disgust, and arrogance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It will not improve. The business concept of an "anesthesia management company" is a poor obe, and the results are predictably poor.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like leadership to treat me with a base level of respect. I am their product and their only asset. You woukd think that they held me in some esteem...but they dont.
