Dishonest disdainful towards employees. Incompetent arrogant

What can this brand most improve?

Stop improperly over billing patients and when errors are identified, refund their money in a timely manner and do not hold a patient's money hostage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary and benefits package leave a lot to be desired.
