They are a staffing company, but haven't come to terms that they are a staffing company with a limited bench. They try to flavor their titles and types of business, but they are not doing anything different than simple staff augmentation, just like thousands of other staffing companies

They have a silly 3 step interview process. Its average but honeslty shitty in regards to the company itself. Like 3 steps to just be hired into some bullshit
