Northern Trust Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Generous paid time off and holidays are a highlight. It shows the company values work-life balance, which makes the compensation package feel competitive and supportive.

Total compensation lower than peers

Good medical, 401k match and 4% of pay per year towards retirement.

Very competitive in my market

40 days of PTO with a mandatory five consequitive days off

Reasonable year end bonus payout

Allowance, bonus vary from year-to-year as expected

Pension and helath benefits are quite good.

Review from Operations Dept

Paid on time and fairly manner

Review from Operations Dept

bonus is fair and commensurate with effort

We receive a yearly bonus and a raise at the same time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because Northern Trust makes hundreds of million dollars of profits annually while Frontline employees get crap it's disgusting and unacceptable

With no of years of experience I have, I have been given a role of consultant and young employees who hardly work and apply butter to their boss get two promotions in a month.

There is no stock options given to employees

Salary not in line with industry standards.

Salary is very less compared to outside

NT has a habit of avoiding the replacement of key staff when people leave, instead asking others to take on additional work without more compensation.
