Offer an HSA; free gym membership; better working conditions in break rooms; more schedule and remote work offerings
Flexibility of the work hours required. improved ability to take/get time off. Overtime and weekend pay rate to be valued monetarily.
Nothing reporting to EEOC they will get to the bottom

Salary is comparable to others in the same area of expertise. There is an artificial cap to the salary at every given position with limited promotion opportunities. Remove the cap and allow the employees to be paid fairly
