Strong teamwork, high performance team
Top down leadership. Overpaid executives. Lack of physician input. Lack of appropriate clinical staffing.
The executive and senior leadership are oblivious, they think they're doing good by their customers and employees.
Leadership needs a change. Contract companies in support services are horrible and should be changed. Food is overpriced and not very tasty.

Employees are not getting family medical leave when it is a true fmla. Meaning when a parent is seriously ill that that employee has to take time off work to take care of family matters. Instead their time out is being marked as occurrences. Which is not right.
