What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team embraces transparency and encourages people to trust their innovative instincts. If you ever have a question or comment, everyone is approachable.
Leadership treats me like an adult and allows me to make the decisions they hired me to make.
Very easy to talk to.
They are easy to talk to and listen to feedback across departments and employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The performance incentives are new, but I'm excited about them.
Lots of employee perks like team social events, wellness events, and paid volunteer time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like stock/equity for the level of effort and skillsets that I bring to the organization. Also, the benefits are geared more towards younger individuals without families.
What are some of the best things about your team?
fun, excited to come to work, and motivated to tackle anything
My team is excited to try new things , no matter how out of the ox it may be. When it comes to communicating, everyone is straightforward and open to new ideas.
We are lucky enough to have hired some brilliant developers to fill out our team.
Everyone is really talented and motivated.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants to succeed and is dedicated to doing their part to contribute to that success. It drives you to want to do the best job possible.
Everyone has a passion for our customers and the customer always comes first.
The new headquarters is a HUGE improvement in working conditions and gives everyone so much more space to work and grow. I love it!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed having the opportunity to meet people from across departments and offices. It provided a good idea of the people I would be working alongside.
The interview process was very candid and full of energy about the future of the company.
meeting with people from different teams who would work closely with the position I was applying for.

What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone is friendly and seems genuinely eager to do a good job. That energy is infectious.
I am able to work on things that directly impact our millions of customers.
I like what I do every day and the people I work around. The new office environment is fantastic and it's just really enjoyable to be in each day. They have cold brew coffee on tap too!
Accomplishing a lot every day.
