What are some of the best things about your team?My team is excited to try new things , no matter how out of the ox it may be. When it comes to communicating, everyone is straightforward and open to new ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team embraces transparency and encourages people to trust their innovative instincts. If you ever have a question or comment, everyone is approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like stock/equity for the level of effort and skillsets that I bring to the organization. Also, the benefits are geared more towards younger individuals without families.
