Nucor has never given me a reason to leave. Every piece of working here is my dream job. Teammates here make an impact on our company, the industry and the world. We also don't use the word 'employee' here- everyone is a teammate because we are one team.

Nucor has been a dream to work for. The team here is one of a kind where we all genuinely look out for one another through safety, development, friendship, etc. I know my Nucor team always has my back

I plan to retire from Nucor and I'm only four years in. The team genuinely cares about me as an individual and I never fear layoffs as Nucor operates with a 'no lay-off practice'. I am able to make an impact through my work on my community and country and that is very fulfilling

ROA bonus- when the company wins, everyone wins. Our end of year bonus can go up to 33% of our annual salary depending on how the company performs that year.

Everyone has the freedom to make an impact and those closest to the job are the ones making decisions for the company. Hierarchy doesn't really exist and levels of communication are flat

They really cared more about who I was as a person rather than asking about my background. Culture is very important to me and I saw it was also important to them in the interview

Everyone is genuinely invested in seeing each other win. Multiple people can be interviewing for the same opportunity and you'll see the internal candidates helping each other prep for the same interviews... You don't see that outside of Nucor
