As stated previously, our annual pay raise should at minimum be the same percentage as the previous years rate of inflation. Otherwise it is basically a pay cut.
Keep our pay raises more in line with the local cost of living and especially with rising inflation. Even with the average 2-3% annual pay raise we're essentially taking a pay cut each year due to inflation. The wages and benefits at Nucor Seattle are not very competitive with other local employers.
