What do you like best about the leadership team?
Having updates from Leon Topalian on video puts a personal touch on issues. Big change from the past CEO's.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay would be outstanding for an area outside of Seattle. You have guys that can't afford to live in the city with what they are paid. I also don't think you should make less money for taking vacation. We are paid full here in Seattle, but 1/2 of the money from what incentive was taking away from us.
