Decent place to work. Non-Union gives freedom to acquire skills from any trade in the corporation, no matter your position. Pay is the same across the country, so it's great in areas with low cost of living and about average in higher cost of living areas with the opportunity to transfer anywhere.

Everyone's willingness to work hard to get the job done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great comradery - Everyone jumps in to help out when someone needs it. We also have great open communication, and there is no fear of backlash for speaking up. I enjoy the people that I work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Severely understaffed makes committing time/resources to talent development difficult. The 2 weeks till 5 years, and then a 4th week at 15 years does not seem to align with other corporations. Years of declining bonus % has seemed to offset any cost of living increase. Overall I do love my job!
