Everything was fine for the first year or so. Then management has become progressively less pleasant and the coworkers have gotten progressively more hostile.

Leaving and ignoring phone calls
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actions need to start speaking louder than words. The difference between what is said and what is done is absolutely staggering.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They don't respect my time or my boundaries. Too much religious talk and zero concern for safety concerns I bring up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating the younger team members Respecting their time and work life separation Actually caring about safety instead of just saying they do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No respect or advancement opportunity if you are tangential to production. Very clique driven instead of merit driven. Competitive rates and vacation with the industry average.
