In my role, I am exposed to new opportunities and challenges on a regular basis, which makes it fun and keeps it fresh.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are as open as they can be about where we are going as a company. They do a great job of protecting our health and safety as well as provide pathways for advancement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The basic culture of Nucor is to do the right thing, no matter what the circumstance. That includes Safety, Taking Care of the Team (and our customers) and Making as much money as possible for our stakeholders.
