I think Nucor has treated me well so far, I've generally enjoyed my time, however I think that Nucor management does not protect the work life balance of their employees like they should. I also feel that my career development has not been helped by those leaders

Reward teammates when the overall corporation does well both in safety and in money

The majority of the team cares a lot and are willing to jump in an handle any problem no matter the effort involved
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at what others earn in base compensation in other industries that require the hours that I put in they are paid more than I am
What makes you most happy at work?
Being recognized for achieving difficult or hard things. Leaders I respect involving me in the decision making processes and higher level things that they are working on so I can learn to be successful like them
