What are some of the best things about your team?

We really are like a family. I have never worked for a company before that cares for one another like the folks at Nucor do.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their focus on safety, in and outside of work. They also are open minded and easy to approach. They truly care about each person on our teams.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Oh my ... compensation alone is great. The bonuses are outstanding. There are also a few other perks that they surprise us with from time to time. The leadership team goes above and beyond to show teammates that they are apprecaited.
