Being able to work on my own - not be micromanaged.

With the changes in minimum wage, my salary needs to be increased.

They do not micromanage. They have a great open door policy. They are pleasant and approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It comes down to the people we work with. We all seem to be on the same page, working towards the same goal.
