I enjoy those who want to work, not just there for a paycheck
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can talk to them, and they will listen, always looking for input even negative input.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid weekly :) Profit sharing is great; 401k match could be better; Vacation pay could be better (I take a 25% pay cut for using a vacation day. no sick days or unscheduled day off. Could be better treatment of long-time employees and retirees
