It is a great compnay but not much room for advancement unless you are mobile. People are perceived less valuable if they cannot transfer. There is not much considerRion for people who want to stay in the area with their families and their communities where they grew up or are from.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would prefer raises based on merit. The pay scale is set whether you work hard or not. People who do less on the job get paid as much as longtime employees who go the extra mile and truly value Nucor's best interest.
