Overall experience is positive. Some teammates contribute to a big part of safety culture/improvements while some others sit back. We are getting better at this, but still an area to improve on.

The interactions between teammates and some taking accountability for their own actions.

The flexibility of interacting with the teammates at the office as well as the teammates on the floor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the guys are very involved with safety as well as are always friendly and have new suggestions for certain things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is extremely involved with the teammates on the floor. Leadership takes safety to the core and does a good job of not putting it on the safety guy. Some try to do that, but the others shut that down ASAP.
