I love it. I just wish that my direct supervisor would keep us informed up updates and changes, help me understand the customers she passes on to me so that I keep up our customers expectations. Mostly don't set me up for failure because she doesn't know what to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation time. 401K all of the benefits are incredible.
What makes you most happy at work?
The entire company is "NICE" everyone is just so nice to work with and so friendly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems as though everyone has the same goals. Everyone wants to see themselves, their team and the company succeed. Its a great thing to see everyone work together for that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. Coming from construction for 18 years I knew nothing about steel. Everyone has been over the top to help me learn and grow. I have never worked with a more friendlier group of people in my life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy my team and the employees I work with. There is very little direction or management help from my direct supervisor. I find myself having to go to others for the help I need. I also feel like we are not informed of important things because our supervisor doesn't tell us or forgets to tell us.
