Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making $90k in Kentucky or West Virginia is incredible where the median household is $36k. In Seattle the belt has to be pretty tight to support a family with that. That leaves TMs the choice of leaving family behind to relocate, accept the wages as they are, or look for a different job that pays.
