Comradery. Team work. Can do attitude

Nothing great stands out. I have benefits and thats it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part it is safety first, unless it comes to down time and we are told that we should have thought of that before.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Finding out what is going on at the workers level. They seem to have a meeting on their own and make decisions without talking to the tm's doing the job.
