I started out as a co-op while in school but I was recently hired on full-time after I graduated. During all of my experience, it has been very positive and I've learned a lot. Very happy to be part of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team. They make it easy to come to work everyday.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty standard. I'm not sure that I enjoyed or didn't enjoy it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not only do I receive competitive pay, but the benefits are very nice, especially having a doctor and pharmacy onsite.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is collaborative, supportive, and driven. During my experience as a student, everyone was very helpful and committed to helping me succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company instills very positive traits in teammates. The culture is focused on integrity, teamwork, attitude, and taking pride in everything we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company is in the middle of a culture shift, especially with respect to leadership. We are transitioning to a more servant style, where the way leaders interact with people is becoming more and more important.
