The company gives us free stuff like hoodies and expensive welding helmets.

We come from many walks of life, but at the end of the day we believe in getting things done efficiently and safely.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare. I have a prescription that would cost $1000 out-of-pocket for a one month supply. I don't pay anything for it, thanks to Nucor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always looking for ways to be more safe and to meet the needs of our customers while simultaneously striving to make us happy and also feeling valued as workers.
