Our teammates are like family. We watch out for and care for eachother! There is no other team I would rather be a part of!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The profit sharing is the best lart of our benefit package! Nucor returns 10% of its profits to tgeir teammates each year and a large portion of that goes directly into your 401K.
