What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus system is tied directly to the productivity and profitability of the division and company. If the company wins the teammate wins. This reduces/eliminates the us vs. them mentality that is present at other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly cares about the safety and well being of all teammates. Safety is truly a value. There is also a focus on making sure we are responsible financially and around for the long term. There is also a focus on taking care of the communities where we work and live.
