What are some of the best things about your team?
They have been amazing since day one. They are quick to offer help and kind to everyone that passed through. They are encouraging during stressful times and happy to celebrate life's best moments with you.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was really encouraging to see the effort that is put into the interview process. You can tell that they are very intentional about who they hire to continue to protect and grow the culture of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So many companies use "Team" and "Teamwork" as a marketing stragtey but the reality fall short. Here, it is truly an ingrained part of the culture. Team is everything and it shows in the way we care for and support each other every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is some of the best I've worked under. They show respect and value to every single teammate, whether it is their first day on the job or their 20th year. The put the safety of every person onsite, teammate or not, above all else. It's great to work for them.
