Profit sharing and production bonus are excellent. I am motivated to always work safely and efficiently to help my team.

My leadership team is open to suggestions and provides excellent support to me and my teammates. I feel highly valued and respected as a member of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do my job and help a lot of other teammates get their work completed. Our place is extremely on the technological cutting edge of steel making. It's exciting!

My team communicates really well. We seem to be on the same "page" most of the time and all share in the work and the profits. I feel like my teammates have my back.

We work as a team to solve many demanding and difficult challenges that we face. Everyone is encouraged to participate and everyone is heard. We are extremely faithful to our core values and face challenges with a positive outlook.
