Being able to work my style and express my ideas without being overly criticized.

Being new and how team mates make sure that I working safely but not berated me for the small mistakes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a new and very experienced employee. I do not feel the rate I started at is indicative of the skills I possess.
