They are always willing to sit and listen to you no matter what it is. They treat everyone the same.

I love my job and my teammates. Loving what you do and who you are working with makes a big difference and impact in your day.

We work well together and are like family. We are always there for each other, whether it pertains to work or something we are experiencing in our personal lives.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that there is an interview board and you get to interact with more than one person. It gives you more of an idea of what and who you will be working with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They take it in steps...phone interview, usually a TEAMS interview and then an interview in front of an interview panel of several different teammates. They make you feel comfortable during the entire process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone on our team is treated equally and with respect. Always willing to help you out in any way possible. Nucor is an amazing place to work and I am beyond blessed to be a part of Nucor.
