What did you like most about the interview process?
The behavioral based questions help you learn about what the company values. Following the formal panel interviews, I enjoyed the informal meeting with the team to help get to know more about the division and its leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Safety is their number one value, and they view it in a holistic way including physical and mental health. They encourage teamwork and open communication through courageous conversations, peer to peer accountability, and personal ownership. Every person can voice their ideas regardless of job title.
