When the company does well, I get paid well. This incentivizes me to help influence decision making that is in the best interest of the enterprise as that can directly impact my compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ownership is vital to the success of the team and the company. That ownership is driven to the core of the team that is impacted and that expectation ensures the most important people are involved throughout.
