What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The authenticity at Nucor is so refreshing. A lot of companies talk about their employees (teammates) being their most valuable resource. But when the economy goes down or other pressures hit, those other companies don't continue to stand behind their team. Nucor does 100% of the time!
