The bonus and ROA are competitive with other large companies in the area.

They are very open and candid about decisions made for the company and open to feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone really makes an effort to get to know each other. The addition of food trucks has been nice because it allows people to socialize with different departments more often.
