What are some of the best things about your team?
The team supports each other and genuinely cares about each other. People are interested in learning about other peoples roles and struggles to help find improvements even if it is outside their own role or department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is authentic and actually means it when they talk about safety and family. So many other companies throw around buzzwords but the actions back up the words. I have seen and heard so many stories about how Nucor has showed up for teammates families and that comes from top down.
