What I do. I am there to serve our customers, which makes me happy.

Solving challenges that others cannot

Working with coworkers and getting our work done and working together to get the job done

Having the parts we need when things break down and solving big projects

Being told that my work is high in quality and productivity is strong. Next to clocking out.

Being able to listen to music, which isnt allowed anymore i guess for safety reasons but there are certain positions that are very excluded where you're mostly by yourself for 85-90% of the shift and i dont see why they cant use headphones or a speaker since they have no1 to talk to for 10+ hr shift

Simple atmosphere and not exciting work, ground hogs day

If you are thinking of being successful at this company, think again. If you are from outside the construction industry, they wont accept u.
