What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are usually on top of it and really take in what you say
They are supportive of each employee's career goals
Easy going and lets you work
They dont bother you while your working
Empowering their employees most of the time
That i can go to them with just about any issue i am having and they try there best to accommodatebas much as possible in most cases.
That they're extremely honest and particular when they do their employee reviews because it shows me that they are nit picking small things to keep a potential raise being higher but in return by fixing those minuscule things that they point out allows me to be 100% prepared for the next review

Listening to their employees responses instead of taking a survey and then just doing whatever they want anyway
Listening and respecting others including employees and customers.
They are a bunch of people that have no other Corporate experience. They accept unprofessional behavior as acceptible.
