Being able to effectively communicate with fellow members on the exterior line when it comes to needing a hand mostly everyone is usually willing to jump in and help to keep up a certain pace so a lot doesnt fall on just one person. That also depends on how your line is staffed day to day as well
Respect for each & every employee at all times would be ideal. There's constant hostility & unnecessary competition amongst the group, often & primarily fueled by inexperienced leadership & underqualified hires (which are frequently let go w/out proper training opps & then personally blamed).
