Respect for each & every employee at all times would be ideal. There's constant hostility & unnecessary competition amongst the group, often & primarily fueled by inexperienced leadership & underqualified hires (which are frequently let go w/out proper training opps & then personally blamed).
Allow people to work from home
More hiring and personnel so we can get more done
If you didn't conform to construction accepted behavior your were watched until they found something trivial to discipline you on.

Simple atmosphere and not exciting work, ground hogs day
If you are thinking of being successful at this company, think again. If you are from outside the construction industry, they wont accept u.
